    The Motion to Reverse the Hearing Officer’s rulings that
    Complainant would not be perxr~ittedto adduce evidence concerning
    events which occurred subsequent to the filing of Complaint herein
    is denied.
    Complainant’s Motion to Reverse the Hearing Officer’s ruling
    which denied Complainant~soffer of proof
    is hereby granted.
    In
    order to facilitate the distinction
    in the record between events
    related to the violation and events subsequent to the filing of the
    Complaint,
    all subsequent events shall be received as an offer of
    proof.
