    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 21, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner has not heard back from respondent regarding its questions about the
    administrative record. Respondent had agreed to respond by February 15, 2006. Petitioner will
    contact respondent before the next status conference, and will file a waiver to October 5, 2006
    within the next 7 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00a.m. on March 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is June 15, 2006.
