ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by J.
 Anderson):
On August 8,
1991, the Board entered a final Opinion and Order
in this matter,
 allowing until September
 9,
 1991,
 for the filing
of post—adoption comment.
The Board has received no such comment,
but will modify the final Order on its own motion.
As was discussed on p.
 27 of the August
 8 Opinion,
 the USEPA
wood preserving
 rules make reference
 to a
 “Method
 8290”
 in
 “SW
846”.
 However,
in its corrections to the wood preserving rules,
USEPA indicated that this method was not actually
 in the current
version of SW 846.
At the time the Opinion was written, the Board
had learned that the proposed method was available from the USEPA
Docket Clerk.
The Board has now received a copy of the document,
and will modify the text of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 720.111 to agree with
the title and number of the document actually received.
 The entry
is revised to read as follows:
USEPA.

The Board directs that the modified rules be filed with the
