    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On July 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents continue to make progress with the tire removal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on August 30, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
