    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The hearing set for January 9, 2006 is cancelled. Respondent will send
    petitioner a final settlement letter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadlines in these dockets.
