    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.
    C. Marlin):
    On February 24,
    1993, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a motion for extension of time to file
    Agency recommendation.
    In support of the motion, Charles W.
    Gunnarson, the attorney for the Agency filed an affidavit in
    support of the motion.
    The. Agency states that it received Forreston’s petition for
    review on January 25,
    1993 and that during the first week in
    February the Agency contacted the attorney for Forreston in an
    attempt to obtain more information,
    the Agency also states that
    on February 22,
    1993,
    Forreston’s attorney was again contacted in
    order to request more information.
    At that time, the attorney
    for Forreston said the information would be forthcoming.
    The
    Agency states that the information requested is necessary for the
    Agency to make its recommendation to the Board.
    Accordingly, the
    Agency’s motion for an extension of time is granted until March
    12,
    1993.
