    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On July 22,
    1994 the petitioner filed a status report
    pursuant to Board order of May 19,
    1994.
    The petitioner reports
    that since meeting with the respondent, the petitioner is
    preparing revisions to its closure plan incorporating information
    and analysis consistent with the respondent’s new closure
    guidance documents.
    The petitioner intends to submit its revised
    closure plan to the respondent in August 1994, after which the
    parties will meet again to discuss remaining issues.
    The Board accepts the petitioner’s status report and directs
    the parties to file with the Board and hearing officer an
    additional report indicating the status of any ongoing
    negotiations between the petitioner and the respondent on or
    before October
