HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 23, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that a draft stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) and additional revisions therein are still being discussed. By agreement,
complainant is directed to file its response to the respondent’s affirmative defenses on or before
August 11, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 26, 2006, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
