    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 22, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has not responded
    with an economic benefit calculation, and the parties are pursuing other alternatives.
        
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 22, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
