    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. A hearing was set for February 22, 2006. The parties agree that respondent’s
    due date for filing the administrative record is February 3, 2006.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on February 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is April 20, 2006.
