Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days of the date

of

Order to satisfy these needs.

Petitioner shall execute a

waiver of the 90-day period so that the decision period will run from

the date of filing the Amended Petition.

Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall make the cause

liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
