    ORDER

    This matter is before the Board on its
    own
    motion.
    On
    August 17,
    1992, petitioner Moline/Dutcbway
    Dry
    Cleaners
    (Dutchway)
    submitted an open waiver of the decision deadline in
    this appeal.
    At that time, Dutchway stated that it wished to
    pursue settlement with the Office of State Fire Marshal
    (OSFM)
    before
    taking
    further
    action
    on
    this
    appeal.
    The
    last
    entry
    in
    this record is a February 22,
    1993 letter from the hearing
    officer to the parties, inquiring into the status of proceedings
    with
    OSFM.
    The Board’s record does not contain any response to
    that February 22
    letter.
    The parties are directed to file a status report with the
    Board no later than December
    3, 1993.
    That report shall indicate
    the status of proceedings with
    OSFM,
    and include a projection as
    to. the timing of further proceedings before the Board.
