    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    The parties are hereby notified that the above-captioned matter has been assigned
    to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any document filed with
    the Clerk of the Board must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-hearing conference with
    the hearing officer on March 29, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. The conference must be initiated by
    the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter and their readiness for hearing.
