    1985, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    by the Attorney General,
    filed
    a motion for stay
    of
    the Board’s Order
    of March 22, 1985,
    remanding
    the permit
    application to the Agency
    for
    a hearing.
    In support thereof,
    the
    Agency noted
    its
    intent to appeal the Order
    to the Illinois
    Appellate Court.
    No response to the motion has been received.
    The Board has received notice that separate petitions for
    review of this Order were filed
    in the Appellate Court for
    the
    Third
    Judicial District by William H.
    Clarke and Pioneer
    Processing;
    the Agency; Rosemary Sinon,
    Marie Madden and Joan
    Benya Bernabei; and the County of LaSalle.
    The Board hereby
    stays
    its Order pending re~o1utionof this matter by the
    Appellate Court.
