HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 13, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that a site visit has been scheduled for May 19, 2004, for
the purpose of remediation issues. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time
to file its answer. The complainant had no objection. Respondent’s motion is granted and its
answer is now due on or before July 6, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 24, 2004, at 1;30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
