    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 10, 2006, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondent’s engineers are still reviewing the feasibility of the
    geothermal solution.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on May 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainants.
