On
April
27,
1978
the
Board
issued
an
Order
protecting
certain Answers to Interrogatories which contained trade
secrets,
secret manufacturing processes, and confidential
data of Cargill from public disclosure pursuant to Rule
313(b) of the Boardts Procedural Rules.
The Board hereby
extends the protection granted by its April 27,
1978 Order
herein to the discovery and hearing processes in this matter,
including any provisos contained in the aforementioned Order.
Expressly excluded from protection of this Order at this time
are the profit and loss statements,
dividends, and taxes
pertaining to Cargill and the existing permit application
documents as filed with the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency.
