Petition filed October

inadequate
in
that
it
does
not
detail the extent
of
algae
blooms,
if any,
in Lake
Springfield or of taste
and
odors,
if any, occurring in the
public water supply
taken
from the Lake.
The
Petition
also
Is not
clear
why diversion of its effluent to the Springfield
Sanitary District is
not
possible.
Petitioner shall amend its Petition within
35 days of the
date of this Order to provide the required information.
Petitioner
shall
also waive the 90-day decision period set by statute
to run from
the date of filing the Amended Petition.
Failure
to timely file the Amended Petition
shall make
the
Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
