sewage treatment plant effluent nor does

it give the strength of

the

present effluent.

Also

the investment in the mobil—home

court is not

given nor is the degree

of arbitrary and unreasonable hardship adequately

explained.

An amended petition shall be filed within

35 days from the date

of

this order setting

forth the needed information.

The 90—day period

set by statute shall run from the

date of receipt

of the requested in-

formation.

Failure

to timely file

the amended petition shall make

the

petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
