    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.
    Anderson):
    On August 19, 1981,
    the Village moved to withdraw its petition
    for variance from the barium standard in PCB
    81—93.
    In support of
    its motion, the Village provided the results of
    a June,
    1981 test
    sample showing that its Well
    #5 is
    in compliance with the standar~i.
    PCB 81—93 is accordingly dismissed.
    The amended petition filed in PCB 81-92 on August 19,
    1981
    remedies the deficiencies noted in the original petition in the
    Board’s Order of June 10.
    Although hearing was properly waived
    by the Village, PCB 81-92 must proceed to hearing as the Board
    had received a timely objection to the original petition.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
