    Respondent states therein that the subject Petition
    For Variance is inadequate
    in that Petitioner has not offered a statement
    of why Petitioner believes
    that compliance with the provision from
    which variance
    is sought would impose an arbitrary and unreasonable
    hardship and that Petitioner has not offered information as
    to the
    feasibility of hauling or other alternatives available to Petitioner,
    as
    required by Illinois Pollution Control Board Procedural
    Rule 401(b).

    inadequate for the reasons detailed above and
    in other respects.
    Petitioner’s attention is directed to Rule 401
    of our
    Procedural
    Rules.
    Petitioner is hereby ordered to file an amended
    petition
    within

    days
    of
    the

    or
    suffer
    its

    dismissed.
    The
    Agency
    shall
    file
    its
    Recommendation within

    days
    of
    the
    date Petitioner files
