    This matter comes before
    the Board on the September
    28, 1989
    joint motion for stay of proceedings
    filed by
    the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency and Moline Corporation.
    The
    parties
    represent that
    they have entered
    into settlement
    negotiations
    in an effort
    to settle this matter.
    On November
    6,
    1989, Moline Corporation filed
    a waiver of
    the decision deadline
    until July
    1,
    1990.
    The parties requested an indefinite stay.
    The Board hereby grants a stay of all proceedings
    in this
    matter until March 1,
    1990.
    The Board may extend this stay upon
    receipt of
    a subsequent waiver of
    the decision deadline.
