HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 17, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant just received the sampling results, and will meet with
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and respondent to discuss compliance
issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
