HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2006, the parties submitted a joint proposed discovery schedule.
The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Initial written
discovery must be served on or before April 17, 2006. Responses to initial written
discovery must be served on or before May 15, 2006. Oral discovery, including but not
limited to depositions and subpoenas

, must be completed on or before
August 15, 2006. Final written discovery must be served on or before September 20,
2006. Responses to final written discovery must be served on or before October 18,
2006. All dispositive motions must be filed on or before November 17, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2006, 11;00 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
