NOW COMES Respondent, LEVI KAUFMAN, through his undersigned attorney, and
pursuant to Section 103.2041(d) of this Board's Procedural Rules, 35 111 . Adm. Code 103.204(d),
for his answer to the Complaint filed in this case, states as follows
