HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 4, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has approved respondent’s
sampling plan. Sampling should begin in the near future.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
