    This petition seeks variance from Rule 205(m) (B) of Chapter

    Air Pollution.
    The Board’s Supplementary Opinion of June 30, 1980
    in R78—3 and R78—4 made clear that this rule does not require
    compliance by owners of fewer than three facilities until July
    1,
    1981.
    This petition is therefore dismissed as moot.
