    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On April 6, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
    the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the matter appears to be settled and is
    optimistic that a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter will be filed prior to the next
    telephonic status conference.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer on May 11, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
    by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
    status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
    captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
    without further notice.
