HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent was unable to appear. The parties are meeting next month to discuss issues
relating to the permit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
