HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 10, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions have been ongoing and that
they appear close to a resolve. The parties requested another telephonic status conference to be
scheduled. The respondent’s attorney is reminded to file its appearance.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 12, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without
further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
