Board Order entered on November 21,
1972, directed Respondent
to obtain
a permit from the Agency within six months from the
entry of the Order or by May 21,
1973.
Respondent has filed a petition requesting an additional six—
months’
time for submitting the necessary information to the
Agency.
On the basis of the facts alleged in the motion, we do
not believe this additional amount of time is warranted, and,
accordingly, amend our November 21,
1972 Order to provide that
Respondent obtain the necessary permits within eight months from
the date of the entry of the Order,
or by July 21, 1973.
