    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 13, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner sent additional information to respondent, and the parties will meet on
    May 18, 2004 to resolve the remaining issues.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 22, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline for this docket is November 9, 2004.
