HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a scheduling conflict with the Respondent, Village of New Hampshire, the
previously scheduled telephonic status conference for March 29, 2006, has been
cancelled and has been rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on April 4, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. It is noted
that a waiver of the statutory decision deadline is needed at that time or a hearing within
30 days will be scheduled. The telephonic pre-hearing conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter and their readiness for hearing.
