HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 10, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
parties discussed possible hearing dates in this matter. It appears that a hearing on either
January 18 or 25, 2006, mat be acceptable, however, these dates will be revisited at the next
status conference due to witness availability.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on December 15, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
