HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 28, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. A briefing schedule was discussed and agreed to regarding the petitioners’
motion for summary judgment. To that end, the respondent’s response to the motion for
summary judgment is due on or before May 25, 2005. Petitioner’s reply, if any, is due on or
before June 8, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 18, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
