HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for September 22, 2005. The complainant
notified the hearing officer and represented that it had a scheduling conflict. The status
conference for September 22, 2005, is cancelled and is rescheduled to the date and time noted
below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 6, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
