the
grant
of
such
Variance
was
filed
September
20,
1974.
3)
Respondent, Environmental Protection Agency, has re-
moved Olney from restricted status on September
26,
1974.
Therefore,
Petition
for
Variance
is
moot,
as Petitioner has the
relief requested.
Motion
to
Dismiss
is
granted.
