HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 23, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have resolved the issues surrounding the test results, and
expect a draft permit to be finalized soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
