    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent has discussed various options with complainant’s noise
    expert. In the expert’s opinion, the only solution is geothermal, which is very expensive.
    Respondent has hired an engineering firm to conduct a study on this issue. The report
    should be completed within 45 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainants.
