    INTERIM ORDER
    (by Mr.
    Dumelle):
    The petition
filed with the Board on March
    12,
    1973 does
    not state
the specific rule or regulation from which relief
    is sought.
    It
    is
not clear whether the sewers themselves
    are
overloaded or whether the sewage plant is inadequate.

ment that will result from the grant of this variance.
    The
Board is also aware of a slowdown in the availability of
Federal grant funds for sewage plant construction but the
    petition is not clear as
La whether any Federal grant funds
    (as
    opposed to loan funds)
are involved in the sewage plant
    construction.
    Petitioner is ordered
to file an amended petition within
    15 days answering these points.
