    The Agency’s motion
    is hereby granted.
    The Board further notes
    the pendancy of a June
    13, 1990
    motion to dismiss filed by the Krones;
    this motion is not ripe
    for decision today.
    The Board further notes that hearing
    is
    presently scheduled for July 30, and that the Board’s next two
    meetings are scheduled for July
    3 and July 19.
    The Board intends
    to dispose of the motion at
    the earliest date practicable.
