HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 23, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent was unable
to appear due to sickness. The complainant represented that the parties have made significant
progress in a possible resolution in this matter. The complainant, however, requested that the
discovery cut off be extended to April 14, 2006. That request is granted.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 23, 2006, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
