    Consolidation requesting consolidation of the instant variance
    proceeding with a permit denial appeal
    it initiated, docketed
    PCB 79-38.
    The Board
    finds consolidation to be inappropriate
    because the types of proof and ultimate issues differ between
    these two types of cases.
    The Motion is hereby denied.
