    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    A. Manning):
    The Board on January 20,
    1994 ordered the parties to file
    an additional status report with the Clerk of the Board and the
    hearing officer, on or before April 25,
    1994 identifying the
    progress of the negotiations in this matter and extended the stay
    until June 30,
    1994.
    On April 29, 1994 the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency filed its status report.
    No
    other participant filed a status report.
    The Agency’s status report states that the parties are still
    holding ongoing discussions.
    However, the status report does not
    project any finalization of a proposal or what progress is being
    made.
    The Board appreciates the process being utilized by the
    participants and hopes that some measurable progress could be
    stated in the next status report.
    The parties are hereby directed to file an additional status
    report with the Clerk of the Board and the hearing officer, on or
    before June 3, 1994 identifying the progress of the negotiations
    in this matter.
    The hearing officer and the Board will determine
    the timing and sequence of further action upon the receipt of the
    next status report.
    The stay in this matter is until June 30,
    1994.
