    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement, but continue to
    negotiate the final language.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
