    PROTECTION
    AGENCY,
    Respondent.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by
    3.
    Anderson):
    On February
    19,
    1988,
    the City of Geneva
    (Geneva)
    filed
    a
    Motion for Correction and Reconsideration.
    The Environmental
    Protection Agency did not file
    a reply.
    On July 16,
    1987,
    the Board granted
    a variance, until no
    later
    than December
    15,
1987 and limited to 13 named
    developments, from 35
    Ill.
    Adm.
    Code 602.105(a) and 602.106(b),
    Standards
of Issuance and Restricted Status respectively,
    as
    related
    to violation
    of the
    5 pCi/i combined radium standard.
    On October
    1,
    1987,
the Board granted Geneva’s August 20,
    1987 motion
to reconsider, but denied Geneva’s request to modify
    the expiration dates
of the variance and to remove the limitation
    regarding
    the
    13 listed developments.
    On February 4,
    1988,
    the Board modified the July
    16,
    1987
variance by adding two more developments
    to the original
    13;
    this
    action was taken
    in response to Geneva’s January
    4,
    1988 motion
    to modify by changing the
    13 listed developments limitation to
    a
    population equivalent approach.
    The instant motion requests that
    the Board make certain corrections
    in its February
    4,
    1988 Order
    and reconsider
    its denial
    of Geneva’s population equivalent
    approach.
The Board grants Geneva’s motion for corrections
    of
    its
    February 4,
    1988 Order,
    but denies Geneva’s motion for
    reconsideration.
    The corrections are as
