    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 15, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is optimistic that this matter will be
    settled without hearing, and agreed to file a deadline waiver within the next 7 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
       
    The statutory decision deadline is February 17, 2005.
