    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
    June 12,
    1991.
    On February 25,
    1993,
    the Board directed the
    parties to file
    a status on or before March 25,
    1993,
    concerning
    the status of this matter.
    On March 23,
    1993,
    Safety—Kleen filed
    a status report with the Board.
    Safety-Kleen states that the parties met on December 11,
    1992,
    to discuss a resolution of the underlying issues in this
    matter.
    Safety—Kleen reports that as a result of their meeting,
    the parties have developed a conceptual agreement for the
    resolution of this matter.
    Safety—Kleen states that the parties
    are making progress towards resolving this matter.
    The parties
    plan to use the framework they are developing for resolving this
    matter to resolve pending closures appeals for Safety—Kleen’s
    Pekin facility (PCB 92—29), the Schaumburg facility (PCB 92-136)
    and Arlington Heights
    (PCB 92-126).
    Safety-Kleen proposes to
    file a status report with the Board within thirty
    days of this
    order.
    The parties are directed to file another status report on or
    before April 26,
    1993,
    concerning the status of this matter and
    the related matters.
