    This permit appeal was filed with the Board on June 12, 1991.
    on April
    27,
    1992, the Board received a joint status report filed
    by the parties in this matter.
    The status report indicates that
    the parties have attended meetings and have made progress toward
    resolving this matter.
    Also, Safety-Kleen has conducted additional
    sampling and analysis,
    and the parties plan to meet in the next
    three weeks in order to discuss the technical issues that remain.
    The Board directs the parties to file another status report
    with the Board to be received by the Board within 30 days from the
    date of this order.
