#

STATE LINE FOUNDRIES,
INC.
Supplemental Order
(by Mr.
Currie):
Our August
5,
1971 order directed State Line to complete
installation
of an electric induction furnace by December
31,
1971.
The company now
informs
us that because of the dock
strike the furnace is tied up in the port of New York and
therefore asks
for an additional
90 days beyond the end of the
strike in which to complete the program.
The Agency agrees
that this
is
a reasonable request and so do we.
As recommended
by the Agency,
we hereby grant the requested extension on the
following conditions:
I.
The ninety days commence to run with the effective
date ending such strike.
2.
Respondent shall complete the pertinent installation as
expeditiously and within the fewest number of days
practicable within such 90 days.
3.
Respondent shall within 35 days from receipt of this
order post
a new bond
in the
sum
of $50,000 reflecting
the amended forfeiture date as described in this
order.
4.
In all other respects the order of August
5,
1971 shall
remain
in force
as written.
I, Christan Moffett, Acting Clerk of the Pollution Control
Board, certify that the Board adopted the
above Supplemental
Order this
7
day of December,
1971.
